About the Role

We are seeking an elite, systems-thinking Head of Operations to sit at the intersection of manufacturing, global factory networks, customer service, and customer success. This is not a traditional manager role—it's about being an operational architect, leveraging AI, automation, and data to scale throughput and revolutionize the supply chain.

Responsibilities

- Revolutionize the supply chain with radical customer-centricity, ultra-low MOQs, quality, and speed.

- Act as the cross-functional engine, enabling Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to execute flawlessly.

- Leverage AI, automation, and deep data analytics to drive efficiencies and track KPIs.

- Architect the customer experience from quote to delivery, ensuring a seamless journey.

- Lead and mentor global distributed teams across manufacturing and customer success.

Requirements

- 6+ years of operational leadership in high-growth startups, e-commerce, or tech-forward supply chain companies.

- Strong background at the intersection of physical operations and SaaS/technology.

- Highly analytical, fluent with data, KPIs, and organizational change.

- Systems thinker who solves bottlenecks with software, data, and processes.

- Cross-functional communicator across engineering, marketing, and factory management.

- Autonomous, adaptable, thrives in fast-paced remote-first environments.
