Accounting & ERP Implementation Consultant (M/F/X) - Freelance Assignment

Job description

Summary: The role primarily focuses on leading the implementation of the Adfinity ERP system for a real estate group, serving as the accounting reference throughout the project from design to production.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation of the Adfinity ERP in accounting and finance.

- Design the multi-entity structure in the system.

- Define the chart of accounts and analytical structure tailored to real estate activities.

- Establish the intercompany framework among the group entities.

- Coordinate data migration and reconciliations for the Italian scope.

- Prepare operational reporting for launch readiness.

- Support the implementation of electronic invoicing (starting in October).

- Serve as a liaison between finance teams, project teams, and local stakeholders.

Must Haves:

- 7 to 12 years of experience in accounting/finance.

- Proven experience in ERP implementation, ideally across multiple entities (to be confirmed: scope of 4 companies).

- Strong mastery of multi-entity and intercompany environments.

- Solid knowledge of designing a chart of accounts and data migration.

- Fluent in French and English (Italian is a plus).

Other Details:

- Type: Freelance mission.

- Start Date: October 2026.

- Duration: Until the end of the year.

- Frequency: Approximately 1 day per week, potentially increasing to 3 days per week towards year-end based on progress.

- Location: Remote work, with on-site presence at least once a month. Occasional travel to Milan may be required.
