Business Analyst

Job description

As a Business Analyst, your core mission is to bridge business needs and technical solutions, ensuring software aligns with requirements.

What you will do:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements;

- Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with project requirements;

- Advocate for stakeholders' needs and priorities;

- Work closely with developers, QA team, and other BAs to ensure that software solutions meet quality standards and functional requirements.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis;

- At least intermediate proficiency in both written and spoken English;

- Proficiency in eliciting and documenting business requirements;

- Ability to break down large and complex tasks into simple and easy ones, build the correct connections between them, and the ability to describe the algorithm for developers;

- Ability to model and prototype interfaces in Figma or others;

- Experience in integrating with third-party systems (API, files exchange);

- Experience using Jira, Trello, browser Developer tools, Figma, Postman, Slack, any raster graphic editor;

- Confident understanding of various file formats (CSV, JSON, XML);

- Basic knowledge of SQL;

- Ability to model processes and data on UML diagrams;

- High level of mastery of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.

- Effective interpersonal and cross-cultural communication;

- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving goals and delivering outcomes.

What would be a plus but not required:

- Experience in CRM/Fintech.

Time Zone Requirement

- Availability to work within the UTC+6 to UTC+7 time zones is required to ensure sufficient daily overlap with both our European and Australian teams.
