Croatian Software Support Agent

Job description

This is a full-time, remote position supporting a global travel platform that partners with multiple online travel agencies to provide customers with diverse holiday options and booking solutions.

Role Description:

- Assisting clients with travel reservations, booking modifications, and general destination information.

- Ensure each customer receives professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented support while promoting additional travel services, such as insurance and upgrades.

- Enhancing customer satisfaction and optimizing the travel experience for clients across different partner platforms.

Requirements:

- Fluency in Croatian (C1/native) and good command of English

- Previous experience in customer service, support, hospitality, or tourism is an advantage

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage calls, chat, and back-office tasks

- Already based in Greece (mandatory for remote roles)

- Motivated, adaptable, and customer-focused
