CTO / Solution Architect

Job description

We are looking for a CTO / Solution Architect with hands-on experience in blockchain, digital asset, and/or fintech products to define the technical strategy, design the system architecture, and manage the development team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design the product architecture and select the technology stack.

- Develop the technical roadmap and plan resources.

- Manage the development team and participate in hiring.

- Evaluate third-party solutions, services, and technology providers.

- Oversee development quality, security, and technical documentation.

- Establish CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and incident response processes.

- Ensure system stability, scalability, and fault tolerance.

Requirements:

- Experience as a CTO, Tech Lead, or Solution Architect.

- Hands-on experience with blockchain, digital asset, and/or fintech products is required.

- Understanding of blockchain infrastructure, wallets, custody solutions, liquidity providers, and trading systems.

- Experience designing secure, high-load systems.

- Understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture.

- Experience with cloud infrastructure, Docker, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Redis, and message brokers.

- Experience managing technical teams and external contractors.

- English proficiency sufficient for working with documentation and international providers.
