Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

- Build customer lifecycle and nurture programs distinct from prospect marketing

- Design platform expansion campaigns based on onboarding use cases and unused features

- Partner with Go-to-Market Engineering (GTME) on customer health scoring and expansion signal detection

- Create ROI reports and value summaries as easy, one-click artifacts Account Managers can use in-deal

- Run multi-team penetration plays within existing enterprise accounts

- Build win-back and re-engagement campaigns for quiet or at-risk customers

- Analyze why customers leave and turn insights into retention plays

- Partner closely with Customer Success and Account Managers on retention initiatives

Kogo poszukujemy?

Key requirements:

- 3+ years in lifecycle, customer, or retention marketing in B2B SaaS

- Strong familiarity with connecting to developer-focused audiences

- Data-driven approach to segmentation, timing, and measurement

- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation

- Collaborative and cross-functional, especially with Customer Success and Sales

Nice to have:

- Experience with product usage data or product-led growth signals

- Background in expansion and NRR-focused programs

- Familiarity with developer or technical customer bases
