Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 17:00 | Weekends off

About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative fluent in Czech and English to join an international support team. You will handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues across communication channels while ensuring a high standard of service quality.

This is a remote position, but candidates must already be residing in Portugal. Relocation is not provided.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Czech and English

Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer requests

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction

Record and update customer interactions in internal systems

Follow company procedures and service guidelines

Requirements

Native or fluent Czech (mandatory)

Good English communication skills (written and spoken)

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Must already be based in Portugal (mandatory)
