DevOps Engineer
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to help ensure the stability, performance, and scalability of our platform. In this role, you will maintain and improve infrastructure, automate deployments, monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate closely with Engineering and QA to support reliable CI/CD pipelines and dependable service delivery.
Gross monthly salary: €3,000–€6,000 EUR, depending on experience and qualifications.
What You’ll Do
- Work as part of a DevOps team and collaborate closely with Software Engineers to deliver stable, repeatable solutions.
- Identify infrastructure and operational risks and develop practical solutions to address them.
- Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD systems using GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
- Document, test, and maintain highly available infrastructure and operational solutions.
- Support service stability through monitoring, incident management, and problem management, with a focus on minimizing downtime.
- Maintain and optimize existing infrastructure and applications.
- Automate manual, repeatable, and day-to-day operational tasks.
- Develop and improve infrastructure automation using Ansible, Terraform/Terragrunt, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
- Support containerized applications running on Kubernetes / AWS EKS.
- Participate in code reviews and Kanban-based team processes.
- Provide occasional on-call coverage when required, such as during planned team absences.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a DevOps or SRE Engineer.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD principles.
- Experience with GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and AWS EKS.
- Experience with Ansible and Terraform/Terragrunt.
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure and applications in AWS.
- Experience monitoring applications or software products, triaging incidents, and participating in investigations with developers.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and Zabbix.
- Strong Linux skills and working knowledge of Windows environments.
- Experience with Git and GitHub workflows, including branching, pull requests, and code review.
- Willingness to participate in occasional on-call coverage.
Nice to Have
- Scripting and automation experience with Bash and/or Python.
- Experience using AI coding assistants or agents, such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot, to support automation, scripting, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
