E-commerce Team Leader/Project Lead

Job description

For a Turkish partner company specializing in sleep products (mattresses, pillows, etc.), we are looking for a strong E-commerce Team Leader / Project Lead to build and scale a new international e-commerce business from the ground up.

The project:

- One core product

- Target markets: USA and Europe

- Goal: to build a strong, fast-growing and highly scalable international e-commerce business

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy

- Build and lead a high-performing team

- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the US and European markets

- Lead performance marketing, customer acquisition, conversion and retention

- Develop DTC and sales channel strategies

- Manage key KPIs: revenue, CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rate and EBITDA

- Test, identify and rapidly scale successful marketing and sales channels

- Take full ownership of the project's P&L and overall business performance

Who we are looking for:

- Proven experience in building and scaling e-commerce businesses

- Experience in the US and/or European markets

- Strong understanding of performance marketing and DTC business models

- Ability not only to lead a team, but also to actively build a business from an early stage

- Entrepreneurial mindset, speed of execution and strong focus on results

Compensation: Open to discussion based on experience and track record.
