Email & SMS Coordinator – Remote (Part-Time, LATAM)

Location: Remote (LATAM-based candidates encouraged)

Type: Part-time (20–25 hours/week)

Overview:

TalentCross is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing U. S. brand in the DTC space. Were looking for a creative and data-driven Email & SMS Coordinator to lead retention campaigns across email and SMS channels. This is a part-time remote role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves optimizing performance, and knows how to keep customers engaged through compelling messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and schedule email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo and Postscript

- Segment audiences and personalize messaging to drive retention

- Run A/B tests and analyze results to improve campaign performance

- Monitor key metrics (CTR, conversions, revenue) and report insights

- Ensure brand consistency across all retention touchpoints

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and strategy

What You Bring:

- 2–4+ years of experience in email & SMS marketing, ideally for a DTC brand

- Strong command of Klaviyo and Postscript (or similar CRM platforms)

- Experience with automation, segmentation, and A/B testing

- Analytical mindset with a focus on performance-driven decisions

- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, results-oriented environment
