Finance Manager

Job description

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a finance professional who is comfortable working with numbers, analyzing financial data, and handling day-to-day financial operations.

You will work closely with the Finance team and other departments, ensuring accurate transaction processing, reconciliations, and timely support for client-related financial requests.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage client-related financial requests, including top-ups, card management, and other transactions through the client service system.

- Perform daily reconciliations of company transactions and identify any discrepancies.

- Prepare calculations and work with financial data using MS Excel.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

- Communicate effectively with the Finance team and other departments to resolve financial and operational matters.

- Support the Finance team with regular reporting and day-to-day financial operations.

- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline financial processes.

Requirements

- Previous experience in Finance is required.

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, tables, and pivot tables.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- English — B1 or higher, both written and spoken.

- Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and grow professionally.

- A proactive and responsible approach to work.
