Full-Stack Developer

Job description

We are helping our partners at Risklick, a Swiss tech company working in the pharmaceutical and clinical research field, to find a Full-Stack Developer for their product team.

Their main product, Protocol AI, is an AI-powered platform for working with clinical trial protocols and related documentation.

Responsibilities:

- Developing new features and improving existing functionality.

- Working on both backend and frontend parts of the product.

- Designing and implementing new modules and integrations.

- Working with databases and optimizing existing application logic.

- Participating in technical and architectural discussions.

- Working with documents and structured data.

- Collaborating with the product and engineering team in English.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of commercial development experience.

- Strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js.

- Hands-on experience with Next.js and React.

- Experience with Prisma and PostgreSQL.

- Strong backend background and understanding of application architecture.

- Experience with full-stack product development.

- Good English for daily communication and technical discussions.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of your tasks.

A candidate who started as a Backend Developer and later moved into full-stack development would be a particularly good fit.

Nice to have:

- Experience in Pharma, MedTech, HealthTech, or clinical research.

- Experience with document-heavy products or document processing.

- Experience with AI development tools.
