What you'll do

- Support German-speaking customers by phone, email and chat

- Help with product questions, orders and troubleshooting

- Deliver clear, empathetic, solution-focused service

- Log every interaction accurately in the CRM

- Work with internal teams to improve the customer journey

What you need

- German at B2+ level or higher (native speakers very welcome)

- English B2 for training and internal communication

- A customer-first attitude and strong problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently from home

- EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece
