Head of Retention (Forex) GNB Agency

Job description

GNB Agency is looking for a Head of Retention to build and run full-cycle retention for Forex brokerage clients.

What you'll do

- Own retention across email, SMS and calls: onboarding, first-trade activation, re-deposit and win-back journeys

- Build lifecycle chains that improve trader activity, retention rate and LTV

- Segment by account type, trading volume and lifecycle stage

- Report on cohort performance, reactivation and revenue metrics

- Lead and mentor the retention team

What we're looking for

- 3+ years as Head of Retention, Retention Team Lead, CRM Lead or similar

- Full-cycle retention experience, not call-centre work: you own the strategy and the marketing flows

- Familiarity with the Forex client lifecycle and compliant communication practices

- Hands-on with CRM/automation platforms and analytics

- Fluent English
