IT Sales Manager (Trainee/Junior)

Job description

Hi! We are looking for a Sales Assistant to support our B2B IT sales team and gain hands-on experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

- Learning the company’s sales processes and IT services.

- Working with inbound leads (MQLs) generated by the marketing team.

- Preparing for discovery calls:

- researching companies and leads,

- analyzing business context.

- Participating in discovery calls (initially together with a Sales Manager, later independently).

- Preparing basic sales materials and presentations using templates.

- Writing follow-up emails after calls.

- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and the sales funnel.

- Gradually expanding responsibilities and preparing for the Junior Sales Manager role.

Requirements:

- Basic understanding of the B2B sales process (theory, courses, internships, or initial practical experience).

- Interest in the IT industry and understanding of what IT services are.

- Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English, confident spoken English.

- Willingness to conduct discovery calls using a structured script.

- Basic skills in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).

- Willingness to work with a CRM system and learn how to manage a sales pipeline.

- Practical use of AI tools as part of daily work; confident use of ChatGPT, Canva, and similar tools.

Nice to Have

- Research skills: ability to prepare for calls and collect basic information about a company and a lead.

- First practical experience in sales, customer support, account management, or other lead-related roles is a plus.

- Experience in public speaking, debates, acting, or improvisation.
