Java Technical/Team Lead with German (f/m/x)

Job description

We are looking for a Java Technical Lead to join a long-term international project focused on consulting, development, and enhancement of an application supporting complex sales processes.

In this role, you will act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Sii team, working closely with customer stakeholders and coordinating technical activities within a team of four engineers. While this is not a leadership role for the entire project organization, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance, driving architecture and development decisions, and ensuring smooth collaboration between the customer and the Sii delivery team.

- Act as the primary technical contact and SPOC for the Sii team, facilitating collaboration with customer stakeholders and supporting consulting activities

- Lead the design, development, and further enhancement of applications supporting complex sales processes, providing technical guidance and mentoring to the development team

- Develop and maintain backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot, support frontend development in Angular, and contribute to system integrations based on SOAP and REST services

- Work with Azure AD and OpenID Connect to ensure secure authentication and authorization mechanisms across the application landscape

- Manage and optimize application delivery processes using GitLab Pipelines, maintain automated end-to-end tests with Cypress, and promote software quality best practices

- Support data integration and interoperability activities involving SAP IDoc, XML, WSDL, and JSON structures, while contributing to infrastructure-related topics when required

Requirements

- Strong experience in Java development, including Spring Boot, gained in complex enterprise environments

- Practical knowledge of Angular, PostgreSQL, SOAP and REST-based integrations

- Experience with Azure AD, OpenID Connect, CI/CD processes, and GitLab Pipelines

- Hands-on experience with automated testing, preferably Cypress E2E

- Understanding of enterprise integration standards and data structures such as SAP IDoc, XML, WSDL, and JSON

- Previous experience as a Technical Lead, Team Lead, Lead Developer, or a senior engineer coordinating development activities and stakeholder communication

- Strong consulting, communication, and problem-solving skills

- German at B2 level or higher is mandatory; English proficiency is also required

- Experience with infrastructure-related topics is considered a strong advantage

- Tax residency in Ukraine is required

- Pełnienie roli głównego kontaktu technicznego i SPOC dla zespołu Sii, ułatwiając współpracę z interesariuszami klienta oraz wspierając działania doradcze

- Przewodzenie projektowaniu, rozwojowi i dalszemu doskonaleniu aplikacji wspierających złożone procesy sprzedażowe, zapewniając wsparcie techniczne i mentoring dla zespołu deweloperskiego

- Rozwój i utrzymanie rozwiązań backendowych przy użyciu Java i Spring Boot, wsparcie rozwoju frontendowego w Angular oraz wkład w integracje systemowe oparte na usługach SOAP i REST

- Praca z Azure AD i OpenID Connect w celu zapewnienia bezpiecznych mechanizmów uwierzytelniania i autoryzacji w całym krajobrazie aplikacji

- Zarządzanie i optymalizacja procesów dostarczania aplikacji przy użyciu GitLab Pipelines, utrzymywanie zautomatyzowanych testów end-to-end z Cypress oraz promowanie najlepszych praktyk jakości oprogramowania

- Wsparcie działań integracji danych i interoperacyjności obejmujących SAP IDoc, XML, WSDL i struktury JSON, a także wkład w tematy związane z infrastrukturą, gdy zajdzie taka potrzeba

Wymagania

- Silne doświadczenie w rozwoju aplikacji w Java, w tym Spring Boot, zdobyte w złożonych środowiskach korporacyjnych

- Praktyczna znajomość Angular, PostgreSQL, integracji opartych na SOAP i REST

- Doświadczenie z Azure AD, OpenID Connect, procesami CI/CD oraz GitLab Pipelines

- Praktyczne doświadczenie w testowaniu automatycznym, preferowane Cypress E2E

- Znajomość standardów integracji korporacyjnej i struktur danych, takich jak SAP IDoc, XML, WSDL i JSON

- Poprzednie doświadczenie jako Technical Lead, Team Lead, Lead Developer lub starszy inżynier koordynujący działania deweloperskie i komunikację z interesariuszami

- Silne umiejętności doradcze, komunikacyjne i rozwiązywania problemów

- Znajomość języka niemieckiego na poziomie B2 lub wyższym jest obowiązkowa; wymagana jest również znajomość języka angielskiego

- Doświadczenie w tematach związanych z infrastrukturą jest uważane za dużą zaletę

- Wymagana jest rezydencja podatkowa na Ukrainie
