Junior Affiliate Manager

Job description

Requirements:

- 0,5+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming;

- Working with RS, hybrid, CPA models;

- A well-established database of loyal affiliate partners;

- Proficiency in traffic analysis;

- Exceptional communication skills;

- Ability to approach tasks comprehensively and diversely;

- Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities:

- Actively search and negotiate with potential partners;

- Conduct competitive analysis and apply insights to optimize traffic and affiliate programs;

- Acquire, retain, and activate new affiliates and partnerships;

- Analyze partner-generated traffic for quality;

- Achievement of KPIs on a regular basis;

- Provide technical support to partners and configure all necessary segments that partners may require;

- Maintaining and cultivating strong relationships through regular contact, including meetings, phone calls, and emails, as well as representing our company effectively in professional conferences.
