Junior Full-Stack JavaScript Developer

Job description

We’re expanding our engineering team and looking for developers who are comfortable building production-grade React and Node.js applications for early-stage companies in healthcare, fintech, and AI.

Although the role is primarily front-end oriented, the ability to contribute to backend services in Node.js is important.

You’ll join a team with clear processes, a modern stack, and a strong engineering culture.

What you will do

- Develop web applications using React and related tooling.

- Build and maintain backend services and APIs with Node.js (Nest.js or similar frameworks).

- Work with cloud environments and containerized setups using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, or GCP.

- Participate in architectural discussions, propose improvements, and help maintain technical standards.

- Implement new features from specification to production.

What we expect

- Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

- Strong practical experience with React

- Familiarity with Node.js (Nest.js or Express).

- Experience developing APIs using Node.js frameworks.

- Understanding of relational or NoSQL databases (Postgres, MongoDB, Firebase, Supabase).

- Ability to write maintainable, well-structured code and follow best practices.

- English at an Intermediate level or higher.

Additional advantages

- Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Google Cloud).

- Experience with React Native

- Practical understanding of Docker/Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
