Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to Support a leading Finnish energy-sector organization.

The consultant will work across Dynamics 365 Field Service and Project & Portfolio Management (PPM/xPM) capabilities, helping the client optimize field operations, project execution, resource planning, and related business processes.

The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on 0365 expertise with the ability to understand complex requirements and translate them into scalable Microsoft Dynamics solutions

Key Responsibilities

Analyze existing business and translate into Microsoft 365 solutions.

optitwze 365 Field SupiX)rt PPM/xPM-reIated processes, including project planning, resource management, proit execution, and portfolio Visibility.

Design and improve workflows related to work orders, scheduling, dispatching, field resources, assets, and service operations.

• Participate in solution design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement activities.

Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and other consultants,

Support integrations between 0365 and relevant enterprise systems.

• provide recommendations regarding 0365 best practices, scalability, and process optimization.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong professional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Proven hands-on with Dynamics 365 Field Service.

Strong experience with Project & Portfolio Management (PPM/xPM) solutions and processes.

Experience configuring and adapting 0365 solutions to complex

Understanding of the broader Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

• Experience working with integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party / enterprise systems.

Strong communication and requirements-analysis Skills.

• Ability to work independently in an international consulting environment.
