UAPP. AI is an AI-focused product IT company that creates and scales mobile apps for global markets. Our products hold top positions in the App Store. We are looking for a creative Motion Designer to join our fast-growing product team.

- Format: Remote

- Type: Full-time

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience as a Motion Designer.

- Proficiency in After Effects and Photoshop.

- Understanding of UI animations, mobile product logic, and visual rhythms.

- Basic sound design and audio synchronization skills.

- Strong portfolio with real case studies/examples (mandatory).

- Nice to have: Experience in web2app/mobile performance marketing.

Responsibilities:

- Creating high-converting animated ad creatives.

- Generating video concepts, storyboarding, and adapting video content for various formats.

- Animating UI components, graphic elements, and typography.

- Video editing and post-production (effects, subtitles, sound, logos).

- Using AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, HeyGen, etc.) to optimize and speed up content creation.

- Collaborating with the marketing and design teams; analyzing creative performance to improve metrics.
