Responsibilities:

- Handle booking-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

- Assist customers with reservations, changes, or cancellations.

- Deliver excellent customer service experiences.

- Maintain accurate documentation of interactions.

Requirements:

- Fluency in Czech and English (spoken and written).

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- EU citizenship or residence card with market access.

- Willingness to relocate to Greece.

- Ochota přestěhovat se do Řecka.
