Job description

We are looking for a Senior/Str Middle. Net developer to join a product engineering team and work on the modernization and scalability of a large-scale backend platform.

You’ll be working with distributed systems, event-driven architecture, microservices, and real-time data processing, helping migrate legacy components to modern, cloud-ready services.

What you’ll do

- Develop and maintain containerized. NET Core microservices.

- Build event-driven communication and streaming flows using Kafka, RabbitMQ, and MassTransit.

- Design scalable solutions together with product and engineering teams.

- Drive migration from legacy. NET Framework and MSMQ components to modern services.

- Work with both relational and NoSQL databases.

- Participate in architecture and design reviews.

- Apply Domain-Driven Design and clean code principles.

- Improve system reliability, scalability, and performance.

- Mentor less experienced engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.

What we’re looking for

- 5 - 8+ years of backend development experience.

- Strong commercial experience with C# and. NET Core/. NET Framework.

- Kafka and RabbitMQ — mandatory.

- Solid understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architecture.

- Experience with MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.

- Experience designing and working with APIs.

- Understanding of security practices such as OAuth2, JWT, and secrets management.

- Strong debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills.

- Experience with testing, clean code, and continuous improvement.

- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.

- Ability and willingness to mentor other developers.

Nice to have

- AWS — ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudWatch.

- MassTransit or similar orchestration libraries.

- Experience with infrastructure and cloud-native systems.

- MSMQ and legacy system migration experience.

- CI/CD, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code.

- JavaScript/React for cross-layer collaboration.
