Oracle Data Integration / BI Developer (ODI / OAS)

Job description

Areon Consulting is looking for an experienced Oracle Data Integration / BI Developer to join our team on a long-term basis.

You will work with Oracle technologies focused on data integration, ETL/ELT, data warehousing and analytics, supporting enterprise-level solutions and large data environments.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain data integration processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)

- Design and implement ETL/ELT workflows for enterprise data platforms

- Develop and maintain data mappings, interfaces, packages and scenarios in ODI

- Work with Oracle Database, including SQL, PL/SQL and complex data transformations

- Support and develop reporting and analytics solutions using Oracle Analytics Server (OAS)

- Develop and maintain analytical reports, dashboards and data models

- Investigate and resolve data integration and reporting issues

- Optimize ETL processes and SQL queries for performance

- Work with large volumes of data and complex data structures

- Participate in data warehouse and BI solution development

- Collaborate with business analysts, developers and other technical specialists

- Support existing enterprise solutions and implement new functionality

Requirements

- 3+ years of commercial experience with Oracle technologies

- Strong experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)

- Good knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL

- Experience with ETL/ELT development and data integration

- Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling

- Experience with Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) or Oracle BI technologies

- Experience working with complex data flows and large datasets

- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills

- Ability to understand and maintain existing enterprise solutions

- English — Intermediate+

Would be a plus

- Experience with Oracle Data Warehouse / DWH

- Knowledge of Oracle Exadata

- Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE / OAS)

- Experience with ODI 12c

- Knowledge of data warehouse concepts and dimensional modeling

- Experience with enterprise integrations and multiple data sources

- Experience with Oracle Cloud technologies

- Java or scripting knowledge
