Job description

About the Role

Deep Knowledge Group (www.dkv.global) is seeking a Partnership Development Manager to build scalable commercial and strategic distribution around DKG's portfolio.

This role is intentionally distinct from conventional Business Development.

A Business Development Manager primarily asks:

Who can buy this product?

The Partnership Development Manager must also ask:

Who can distribute it, implement it, co-develop it, open a market for it, add a missing capability, bring customers to it, or create a much larger commercial opportunity together with DKG?

DKG's project portfolio creates multiple partnership models: regional representatives, distributors and resellers; strategic institutional partners; technology and data providers; vendors; media and event partners; corporate partners; white-label collaborators; joint-development and JV candidates; ambassadors; and commercial intermediaries with existing market access.

The objective of this role is to convert those models into functioning partnerships with measurable activity.

Core Mandate

Build a partner network that gives DKG commercial leverage beyond what its internal team could achieve alone.

This means identifying the right partner type for each product, approaching the strongest candidates, creating a compelling structure for cooperation, onboarding them properly and ensuring that partnerships become active rather than remaining signed documents.

Key Responsibilities

- Map the partner ecosystem around priority DKG products and markets.

- Determine the appropriate partnership model for different product families.

- Identify and qualify potential distributors, resellers, regional representatives, JV partners, implementation partners, vendors, strategic institutions, media partners and co-development counterparties.

- Develop partnership propositions tailored to the specific economics and interests of each counterparty.

- Conduct outreach and partnership negotiations.

- Structure agreements together with DKG management and Legal.

- Build commission, revenue-share, referral, co-development, licensing and other partnership models where appropriate.

- Onboard regional and commercial representatives and ensure they receive suitable product materials, scripts and access to Data Rooms.

- Equip partners with enough DKG and product fluency to represent the Group credibly.

- Track partner-generated opportunities, introductions, pipeline and commercial outcomes.

- Identify inactive partnerships early and either reactivate or discontinue them.

- Coordinate with Business Development where a partner creates direct customer opportunities.

- Coordinate with Product Development when a partner can add technical, distribution or market capability.

- Gather structured feedback from external partners on product-market fit and commercial barriers.

- Use and improve DKG's PartnershipTech / partnership-management infrastructure as an operational tool, rather than allowing platform development to delay active partnership work.

Partnership Models You May Work With

Depending on the product, these may include:

- regional representatives and independent commercial operators;

- distributors and resellers;

- white-label partners;

- co-development partners;

- strategic corporate and institutional partnerships;

- government and ecosystem collaborators;

- media and conference partnerships;

- technology and data providers;

- clinics, HealthTech companies and other Longevity ecosystem partners;

- marketplace vendors;

- referral and affiliate models;

- JVs and regional commercialization structures;

- ambassadors and industry connectors.

Requirements

- 4+ years in strategic partnerships, channel development, alliances, B2B business development or related work.

- Demonstrated record of creating partnerships that generated measurable activity, customers, distribution or revenue.

- Strong ability to identify mutual commercial value rather than proposing generic “strategic cooperation.”

- Strong relationship-development and negotiation skills.

- Experience managing external counterparties after agreement, not only reaching signature.

- Ability to understand sophisticated technology and commercial products quickly.

- Strong written communication and proposal-development ability.

- Experience with CRM, partner pipelines or comparable structured relationship-management systems.

- High degree of autonomy and follow-through.

- Strong practical use of AI for research, counterparty analysis and communication preparation.

- Excellent English.

Strong Advantages

- Experience with channel sales, affiliate or ambassador networks, licensing, white-label arrangements or JVs.

- Existing network across technology, investment, healthcare, FinTech, innovation ecosystems or regional business-development communities.

- Experience building international or regional partner networks.

- Experience working with platform or marketplace businesses.

- GCC/UAE or Asian market experience.
