We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruitment Headhunter based in the Philippines to recruit top-tier technical professionals for permanent roles with Australian clients. This is a high-impact role that requires a proactive recruiter with exceptional sourcing, headhunting, and stakeholder management skills.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in recruiting for technical or IT positions, understands the Australian recruitment market, and is confident engaging passive candidates. Experience recruiting for high-level U. S. technical roles is also highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, headhunt, and recruit high-caliber technical professionals for Australian permanent positions.

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance.

- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles.

- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and competency assessments.

- Present qualified candidates with detailed endorsements.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recruitment strategies.

- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and other sourcing techniques to identify passive talent.

- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process.

- Meet recruitment KPIs while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience recruiting for technical or IT roles.

- Proven experience recruiting for the Australian market, particularly permanent placements.

- Excellent headhunting and passive candidate sourcing skills.

- Strong knowledge of technical roles, technologies, and recruitment best practices.

- Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills.

- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and Boolean search.

- Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.

- Able to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience recruiting for high-end U. S. technical roles.

- Experience in agency recruitment or executive search.

- Familiarity with Australian employment practices and technical recruitment trends.
