- Data-driven mindset — working with analytics, funnels, cohorts, experiments, and player behavior data;
- Strong leadership and communication skills — ability to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders around a common vision and direction;
- End-to-end product ownership — experience taking products from strategy and concept through development, launch, iteration, and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Set the product direction and vision — define where the project should go and why, based on business strategy, market opportunities, and player needs;
- Translate business goals into product development — turn company objectives, revenue targets, and strategic priorities into clear product goals, features, and development priorities;
- Own product KPIs — define, track, and drive the key metrics that determine product success, ensuring development decisions are aligned with agreed KPIs;
- Drive product strategy and roadmap — build and continuously adjust the product roadmap based on data, market trends, player behavior, and business priorities;
- Align the team around the vision — communicate the product vision clearly to game design, development, art, marketing, analytics, and other stakeholders;
