Key Responsibilities:

Project Management and Delivery

- Own the full project lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and post-implementation review.

- Develop detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

- Manage scope, timelines and resources to deliver projects on time.

- Drive projects forward with a sense of urgency, ensuring no delays in execution.

Technical Expertise

- Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate solutions, troubleshoot issues, and resolve roadblocks.

- Leverage strong technical knowledge to make informed decisions and challenge assumptions.

- Ensure the delivery of scalable, efficient, and secure solutions that meet technical and business requirements.

High-Paced Collaboration

- Act as a key liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across departments.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear updates and managing expectations in a fast-moving environment.

- Foster a collaborative, startup mindset where adaptability and innovation are encouraged.

Risk Management and Problem-Solving

- Anticipate and address potential risks and obstacles with speed and efficiency.

- Quickly analyze and resolve issues to keep projects on track.

- Leverage data and analytics to make real-time decisions and optimize outcomes.

Continuous Improvement

- Identify inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions to streamline project delivery.

- Champion a culture of rapid iteration and continuous improvement.

- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify learnings and refine future processes.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience managing IT projects in high-growth or startup environments.

- Strong understanding of AI tools and practical experience working with them.

- Knowledge of Claude Code.

- Basic programming knowledge (Junior Developer level or higher).

- Ability to independently research, learn, and understand new technologies and tools.

- Structured and organized approach to work.

- Strong technical knowledge in areas such as software development, IT infrastructure, or cloud solutions.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and implement effective solutions.

- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.

- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or Trello).

- Fluent spoken English, B2 level or higher.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships.
