Project

The AI Workflow Platform is focused on building and improving agent orchestration flows in Python. The project centers on reliable workflow execution, checkpointing strategies, and end to end tracing for multi step processes.

Position

We are looking for a Python Developer with experience in LangGraph based orchestration to help build and improve AI workflow execution. You will work on agent flows, async processing, checkpointing, and tracing across orchestration steps.

Technology stack

Python, LangGraph, LangChain, asyncio, SQLite, Redis, PostgreSQL, OpenTelemetry, AWS Bedrock, LangSmith

Responsibilities

- Develop workflow logic using LangGraph nodes, edges, and graphs

- Implement checkpointing with SQLite, Redis, and PostgreSQL checkpointers

- Build human in the loop workflows

- Apply retry, timeout, and fallback patterns in LangGraph

- Implement OpenTelemetry tracing across orchestration steps

Requirements

- 3+ years of Python development experience

- Experience with LangGraph or LangChain agent orchestration

- Experience with async Python using asyncio

Additional requirements

- Experience with AWS Bedrock integration

- Experience with multi agent workflow testing

- Experience with LangSmith trace visualization
