QA Lead / Test Manager with Manhattan WMS

Role Overview: This leadership position focuses on overseeing testing governance for a three-way integration involving significant stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining test strategies, building comprehensive test plans, and coordinating across various teams to ensure successful testing outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

- Define and implement test strategies for Manhattan WMS integration.

- Build test plans with detailed entry and exit criteria.

- Lead and coordinate SIT, UAT, regression, and hypercare testing phases.

- Run defect triage processes and report testing status to project leads.

- Oversee stakeholder coordination and quality governance.

Key Requirements:

- Extensive experience in Manhattan WMS testing.

- Broader background in supply chain/WMS integration testing.

- Proven capability to manage governance and stakeholder interactions.

- Experience with functional and performance testing.
