Recruitment BD Officer - Remote - 25K + commissions

Job description

We are looking for a Business Development Officer ASAP. This is a fully remote work that pays up to 25K basic with unlimited commissions based on performance.

The shift is Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM and has a fully remote setup

Qualifications:

- Must have experience working as a Business Development Specialist or similar function for at least 2 years

- Working in the Recruitment Industry is a huge plus but not required

- Must be comfortable presenting to clients both face to face and online

- Excellent MS Office skills (Powerpoint, PDF, Word, Excel)

- Well disciplined to work remotely with minimal supervision

- Sales background is ideal

Responsibilities:

- Acquire new hiring clients

- Identify and develop new lines of business

- Develop client relationships and strengthen industry partnerships

- Increase company clients by researching and creating networking opportunities

- Negotiate and close business deals

- Encouraging new and existing clients by creating and improving proposals

- Meet with potential clients and present services offered by the company

- Retain existing clients

- Work with the team into developing strategies for Business Development
