Recruitment Specialists - 100% Remote

Job description

We need 2 End to End Recruitment Specialists to join our firm as soon as possible.

The role will be responsible for conducting Recruitment from:

- Understand the Job Requirements

- Posting the Job on all available platforms

- Conducting Active and Passive Sourcing

- Reviewing/Screening Candidate Profiles

- Conducting Interviews (phone, online)

- Creating and Sending Interview Summaries/Endorsements

- Following Through the Process up to Client Interviews/Exams

- Assisting the Candidate to ensure selected ones push through onboarding with clients

To qualify, you must be:

- A recruiter with at least 3 years of experience hiring for Corporate and Technical/IT Roles

- Willing and Able to work remotely, preferrably with his/her own laptop/desktop already

- Coming with working knowledge on Job Boards such as

- LinkedIn

- FoundIt/Monster

- Jobstreet

- Manatal (preferred)

- Indeed

- Facebook/Social Media

- Good to received the publish salary with unlimited commissions based on performance

- Ideally coming from a recruitment agency/firm

- Preferably have worked with start ups or small companies
