Position Overview
We are seeking personable, organized individuals to join our remote team as Remote Customer Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients as they explore vacation options, make planning decisions, and prepare for upcoming trips.
This opportunity is a strong fit for individuals who enjoy communicating with people, researching solutions, managing details, and providing consistent follow-up. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and continued educational resources are provided.
What You'll Do
- Build positive client relationships by learning about preferred destinations, travel dates, interests, budget, priorities, and special requests.
- Research and compare resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other vacation services through approved resources.
- Assist clients with organizing selected arrangements and keep reservation details, confirmations, schedules, and itinerary information current.
- Maintain regular communication by answering routine questions, sharing updates, following up on decisions, and assisting with standard changes or requests.
- Review important details for accuracy, track upcoming deadlines, maintain organized client records, and continue expanding destination and supplier knowledge.
