We’re a growing UK-based cleaning company specialising in Residential End of Tenancy cleaning, and we’re looking for a motivated Remote Sales Consultant to join our team.

The Role

Working remotely, you’ll manage warm customer enquiries, build relationships, answer questions and turn opportunities into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact warm leads and close bookings

- Build strong customer relationships

- Understand and respond to customer needs

- Follow up with prospective customers

- Manage sales activity through our CRM

- Resolve customer queries professionally

- Consistently achieve sales targets

What We Offer

- Negotiable basic salary + uncapped commission

- OTE R25,000+ per month

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in direct sales, telesales, or business development

- Professional written and verbal English

- Proven ability to work independently

- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

- Resilient and comfortable with rejection

- Proven success in phone-based sales

- Target-driven with a history of achieving results

- Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

- CRM experience

- Strong negotiation and customer issue-resolution skills

- Own reliable laptop or desktop
