- Basic Blender skills (importing/fixing FBX assets) are a plus

What We're Looking For:

- 2+ years of commercial game development experience

- Strong Luau/Lua skills

- Solid understanding of OOP, modular architecture, and typed code

- Strong knowledge of Roblox client-server architecture:

- validated RemoteEvents/RemoteFunctions

- Experience designing robust player persistence systems:

- Experience building game economy and progression systems:

- prestige mechanics

- offline earnings

- Monetization experience:

- Developer Products

- idempotent ProcessReceipt

- analytics integration

- Comfortable with CFrames, vectors, raycasting, physics, and camera systems

- AI-first mindset — you use AI coding assistants extensively, know how to write effective prompts, and can review, validate, and improve AI-generated code

- Nice to have:

- published Roblox games

- mobile F2P experience (LiveOps, IAP, retention)

Responsibilities:

- Own a complete Roblox title from architecture to release

- Implement gameplay, progression, persistence, economy, and monetization

- Work from detailed written specifications and deliver working, verified implementations

- Build systems using our internal library of reusable gameplay playbooks and contribute improvements back to it

- Ship on short, fixed release cycles—from concept to publication—with the next title always ready in the pipeline

What We Offer:

- 💰 Up to $3,000/month

- 🌍 Fully remote

- 🎮 Full ownership of your project with no micromanagement

- 🤖 Paid AI tools and an AI-first development workflow

- 📈 Live games with real players and real revenue

Hiring Process:

We use a paid technical test assignment.

You'll implement a single gameplay system from a written specification and submit:

- working code;

- proof that the system runs and functions correctly.
