About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce B2B Commerce Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce Commerce solutions. The successful candidate will act as the technical authority across Salesforce B2B Commerce implementations, driving architecture, solution design, integration strategy, and development best practices.

This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce platform architecture, and complex enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities (preferably has more of the following):

Lead architecture and solution design for Salesforce B2B Commerce implementations.

Conduct discovery workshops and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Define end-to-end architecture across Salesforce Commerce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and external systems.

Design and govern custom development using:

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Apex

SOQL/SOSL

Salesforce APIs

Flows and declarative automation

Design secure and scalable integration solutions using REST, SOAP and middleware platforms.

Establish development standards, governance, DevOps processes and release management frameworks.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

Review solution designs, code quality and deployment strategies.

Support estimation, solution proposals and technical pre-sales activities.

Work closely with client stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives.

Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security and compliance standards.

Required Experience (preferably has more of the following):

5+ years of Salesforce experience.

2+ years delivering Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud solutions.

Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or Technical Architect or similar

Strong hands-on expertise in:

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Apex

Salesforce Platform Architecture

Data Modelling

Security & Sharing Model

Integration Architecture

Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale commerce solutions.

Experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders.

Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.

Experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Experience

Salesforce Experience Cloud.

Salesforce Revenue Cloud / CPQ.

Order Management.

MuleSoft or similar integration platforms.

Headless Commerce architectures.

Multi-country / multi-brand commerce programmes.

Experience within consulting or digital transformation environments.
