Location: remote/ Warsaw.

Business trips: some occasional included.

Introduction & Summary:

We are seeking an ambitious Salesforce Developer to join our engineering team, specializing in the enhancement and integration of Salesforce within our operations. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in Salesforce development and demonstrate exceptional communication skills, all while thriving in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be integral in optimizing our technology solutions.

- Testing and implementing applications

- Producing technical documentation

- Performing reviews of the data

- Providing technical plans/solutions to business teams

- Developing solutions to enhance company-wide processes

- Reviewing custom-developed code and making necessary adjustments

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components

- Expertise in the Salesforce platform including workflows, assignment rules, and triggers

- Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems

- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English

Nice to Have:

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (XP, Scrum, Kanban)

- Experience with third-party applications such as Conga and DocuSign

- Experience with Marketing Cloud

- Familiarity with Vonage (New Voice Media) telephony systems
