Еlevate is partnering with a stable and well-established international IT services company working with recognized clients across multiple industries and delivering complex software solutions on a global scale.

We are currently looking for an experienced SAP Utilities Consultant with hands-on expertise in SAP Utilities, client requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, and troubleshooting.

The role is fully remote b and offers the opportunity to work on long-term international SAP projects in close collaboration with clients and development teams.

Responsibilities:

- Analyse business and client requirements within the SAP IS-U / Utilities domain and translate them into practical SAP solutions.

- Design functional solutions and prepare clear specifications for development and implementation.

- Configure and implement approved solutions within the SAP IS-U environment.

- Work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

- Support testing, deployment, and ongoing application operations.

- Investigate incidents, analyse root causes, and troubleshoot functional issues within SAP Utilities.

- Provide functional guidance and support to users and project stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Proven hands-on experience with SAP IS-U / SAP Utilities in a functional consulting capacity.

- Practical experience in one or more relevant IS-U areas, such as Billing & Invoicing, FI-CA, Device Management, Metering, EDM, Master Data, or Market Processes.

- Experience with requirements analysis, solution design, SAP configuration/customizing, and functional specifications.

- Ability to work directly with clients and translate business needs into functional SAP solutions.

- Experience collaborating with SAP development teams and supporting testing and troubleshooting activities.

- Good command in English.

- Candidates must be Bulgarian citizens and currently based and working from Bulgaria.

Nice to haves, but not essential:

- German language skills (B2-C1)
