Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Engineer

Job description

Talent Hunter is looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 Engineer to join an international technology organization and work on complex CRM and digital transformation projects.

Your responsibilities:

- Design, develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions

- Develop scalable and maintainable software solutions

- Work on CRM integrations, APIs, data and automation

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers

- Ensure solution quality and architectural consistency

- Participate in Agile/Scrum planning, estimation and delivery

- Contribute to client projects and pre-sales activities

Requirements:

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365

- Experience with both backend and frontend development

- Strong programming skills in C#,. NET and/or Apex

- Good understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations

- Experience with databases and customer data management

- Knowledge of CI/CD and Git-based tools

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Ability to mentor and support junior engineers

- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Excel or similar analytics tools is a plus
