Senior Full-Stack Developer (Python and React)

Duration: 12 months, long-term

Start: mid-October

Workload: Full-time, 100% Remote

Timezone: CET (candidate location is flexible — EU, Balkans, Ukraine, CIS, Asia, Africa, Middle East all OK)

English: Upper-Intermediate+ — must be able to lead technical calls

Project Overview

Senior Full-Stack Developer needed to design and develop scalable applications spanning both frontend and backend, with strong system architecture and integration skills.

Must-Have Requirements

- 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing scalable applications (frontend + backend)

- Python/Django/DRF — 5+ years, in-depth, building robust and efficient applications

- REST API design and development, third-party integrations, various communication protocols

- Scalable system architecture — proven expertise in system design and integration strategies

- Git + CI/CD — extensive experience with version control and CI/CD pipeline setup/management

- React.js — 3+ years commercial experience

- TypeScript

- Redux / RTK / MobX

- SWR / RTK-Query

- Hooks

- SASS / Bootstrap (or similar)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail

- English Upper-Intermediate+ — able to lead technical calls/discussions with global teams

Nice to Have

- Docker / Kubernetes (containerization, deployment, orchestration)

- AWS / Azure / GCP (cloud-native development
