What we are looking for:

- Strong understanding of OOP, FP, and RX

- Understanding of SOLID principles and Design Patterns

- 5+ years shipping production Flutter apps (100k+ MAU)

- Understanding iOS and/or Android internals, architecture

- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills

- Fluent English and Ukrainian, proactive communication

- Experience leading code reviews and mentoring developers

- Pragmatic over perfect - you avoid over-engineering and ship incremental wins fast

- Quality guardian - you prioritize testability and clean code over quick hacks

- Radically transparent - you openly share plans, blockers and progress, with no surprises

- Humble-yet-assertive mindset (“disagree & commit”) - you confidently challenge ideas with data and clear logic, and once a direction is chosen, take ownership and deliver end-to-end

A big plus if you have:

- Background in native iOS and/or Android development

- AB tests and feature flags experience

- Product-thinking

- Architectural experience

- Backend experience

- AI awareness

You will be responsible for:

- Own architecture & feature delivery end-to-end

- Drive reliability, simplicity and best practices

- Integrating mobile apps with web services

- Conducting code reviews

- Working closely with the other teams throughout the app development process
