Job description

About the Role

This is a senior product leadership role at a remote-first fintech startup building trust and identity infrastructure for businesses. You'll own the product roadmap end-to-end, working closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to shape how the platform evolves and delivers real value to customers.

What You'll Do

- Structure and evolve the product roadmap, translating strategy and real-world constraints into clear execution plans.

- Break down complex problems into well-scoped initiatives and features that the team can ship with confidence.

- Define product goals, success metrics, and trade-offs in close collaboration with engineering, design, and commercial stakeholders.

- Balance short-term delivery with long-term product architecture, making deliberate choices about what to build and when.

- Craft clear narratives around features, articulating why they exist, how they fit together, and what customer problem they solve.

- Document decisions, assumptions, and reasoning transparently so cross-functional teams stay aligned.

What We're Looking For

- 6+ years of experience in product management or product leadership roles.

- Demonstrated experience building or managing complex B2B or platform products.

- Strong systems thinking: the ability to understand how individual features interact within a larger product ecosystem and reason about second-order effects.

- Comfort working closely with engineering on technical trade-offs, architecture decisions, and long-term scalability.

- Clear, structured written communicator who can document decisions and reasoning for diverse audiences.

- Ability to work within EU timezones.

- Experience in identity, payments, or fintech domains is a plus.

- Prior experience in a remote-first or distributed team environment is a plus.

Location

Fully remote, open to candidates based anywhere within EU timezones. Visa sponsorship is not available.
