Job description

We are an established iGaming company with 4+ years of experience and a team of 1600+ specialists, managing 10+ large-scale projects across Tier 1–3 markets.

As part of our strategic growth, we are partnering with a professional SEO company operating in highly competitive iGaming and casino niches. Their team builds and scales SEO strategies where results and a systematic approach truly matter.

We are supporting them in the search for a strong Senior SEO who will scale the direction, build high-performing teams, and drive sustainable project growth.

Requirements

- Expert-level expertise in working with expired/drop domains: full command of all types of drop-domain strategies, ability to select the optimal setup for a specific domain and objective, and accurately forecast outcomes.

- Development of proprietary domain screening and evaluation systems: formalized criteria, weighted scoring models, automated or semi-automated validation workflows.

- Deep expertise in backlink profile analysis: ability to identify complex manipulations (multi-layered schemes, artificial growth patterns, “washed” domains), and assess the long-term sustainability of domain authority.

- Proven experience in building and scaling PBN networks (full-cycle management).

- Strategic thinking: ability to build long-term strategies tailored to specific markets, account for regulatory risks, and adapt quickly to algorithm updates.

- Expert-level semantic analysis: deep understanding of SERP dynamics across keyword clusters, ability to identify undervalued clusters with low competition and high growth potential.

- Technical SEO expertise at the architectural level: designing drop-site structures, managing crawl budget across large-scale networks, working with log files, and rendering optimization.

- Infrastructure management: design and administration of server infrastructure for drop networks (VPS, dedicated servers, IP rotation, CDN, Cloudflare), large-scale DNS management.

- Hands-on experience with process automation: Python (parsing, domain data processing, monitoring), integration of Ahrefs / Majestic / GSC APIs into proprietary dashboards.

- Strong understanding of gray-hat markets at an expert level, including SERP behavior, scheme sustainability, and regulatory risks.

- Experience managing SEO teams: KPI setup, onboarding, and performance evaluation.

- Analytical and ROI-driven mindset: evaluating profitability of each domain and building P&L models.

- Leadership skills: ability to assign tasks, make final strategic decisions, and take ownership of the overall direction and results.

Nice to Have

- Participation in the development of internal tools or scalable processes: SOPs, screening checklists, domain evaluation frameworks that can be rolled out across the team.

- Experience working with domain brokers and handling direct off-auction deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and oversee the overall strategy: define target markets, domain types, priority usage models, and department KPIs.

- Design and scale the entire drop-domain operation: from search criteria to performance monitoring, including process standardization, automation, and knowledge transfer to Middle and Junior specialists.

- Make final decisions on domain acquisitions: evaluate lots, participate in auctions for key domains, and negotiate with brokers.

- Develop and continuously improve domain screening and scoring systems, adapting criteria to algorithm updates and market conditions.

- Make architectural infrastructure decisions: design server structures, manage hosting networks, and minimize network-level footprints.

- Develop and test new drop-domain usage strategies; document results and scale successful approaches.

- Conduct strategic analytics: forecast the performance and ROI of new investments.

- Collaborate with Team Leads and management: provide regular reporting, participate in strategic sessions, and justify investment decisions.

- Lead and manage the team: delegate tasks, ensure quality control, mentor Middle and Junior specialists, and onboard new hires.

- Monitor Google algorithm updates, industry trends, and competitor activity, adapting the strategy in real time.
