Senior Traffic Manager

Emagine is seeking a Senior Traffic Manager / Head of Acquisition to join a collaborative and dynamic project environment. This is an opportunity for an experienced performance marketing professional to lead user acquisition for an online sports betting platform, driving an effective digital acquisition strategy while maximising media efficiency and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

What You'll Be Working On

- Define and execute the user acquisition strategy across multiple digital channels.

- Set up, manage, and optimise paid acquisition campaigns end-to-end.

- Manage acquisition budgets, including forecasting and reconciliation.

- Build and maintain relationships with ad networks, media partners, and affiliates.

- Oversee app-store acquisition and tracking.

- Build and maintain acquisition dashboards and performance reports.

- Analyse and optimise conversion funnels and user registration journeys.

- Coordinate with CRM teams on user onboarding and retention.

- Structure and manage affiliate and influencer marketing programmes.

- Ensure compliance with advertising regulations and gambling policies.

- Lead the acquisition function and adapt strategies to market trends.

- Work closely with international teams and senior marketing stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing and/or user acquisition.

- Proven track record of scaling user acquisition for consumer products.

- Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.

- Experience with tracking and analytics tools such as GA4 and Google Tag Manager.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.

- Strong understanding of digital acquisition strategies, conversion funnels, and performance optimisation.

- Experience managing acquisition budgets and performance metrics.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Professional fluency in English.

Nice to Have

- Certifications in Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, or Google Analytics 4.

- Experience with sports betting mechanics and campaign planning.

- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.

- Experience managing influencer marketing programmes.

- Experience in mobile marketing and mobile-first acquisition ecosystems.

- Experience in fintech or other consumer-focused industries with digital deposit/conversion funnels.
