Senior Veeva eTMF/CTMS Consultant - part-time (f/m/x)

Job description

We are looking for a Veeva-certified consultant with extensive expertise in Veeva eTMF to join our team on a part-time basis. In this remote role, you will leverage your hands-on experience with system configuration and your solid understanding of GxP regulations to manage system changes and validation documentation effectively. You will work closely with line of business stakeholders and Digital QA to translate requirements into scalable system solutions. - Managing configuration and validation documentation for system changes

- Overseeing end-to-end system changes, including requirement gathering and stakeholder alignment

- Designing and prototyping solutions tailored to business needs

- Implementing and configuring Veeva systems as per defined specifications

- Conducting testing and validation to ensure compliance with GxP regulations

- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with governance and quality standards

- Staying updated with Veeva General Releases and managing release impacts effectively

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a GxP-regulated environment

- Veeva Certified Administrator certification

- Proven experience in Veeva eTMF

- Strong background in impact assessments and change management

- Hands-on experience managing system validation documentation in Veeva Quality

- Ability to manage system changes from requirement gathering to testing and validation

- Fluent English

Nice to have

- Experience with Veeva CTMS

- Hands-on execution of digital validation using Jira Xray

- Zarządzanie dokumentacją konfiguracji i walidacji dla zmian systemowych

- Nadzorowanie zmian systemowych od początku do końca, w tym zbieranie wymagań i dostosowywanie do interesariuszy

- Projektowanie i prototypowanie rozwiązań dostosowanych do potrzeb biznesowych

- Implementacja i konfiguracja systemów Veeva zgodnie z określonymi specyfikacjami

- Przeprowadzanie testów i walidacji w celu zapewnienia zgodności z regulacjami GxP

- Współpraca z interesariuszami w celu zapewnienia zgodności z zasadami zarządzania i standardami jakości

Wymagania

- Minimum 3-letnie doświadczenie w środowisku regulowanym przez GxP

- Certyfikat Veeva Certified Administrator

- Udokumentowane doświadczenie w Veeva eTMF

- Silne doświadczenie w ocenach wpływu i zarządzaniu zmianami

- Praktyczne doświadczenie w zarządzaniu dokumentacją walidacyjną systemu w Veeva Quality

- Umiejętność zarządzania zmianami systemowymi od zbierania wymagań do testowania i walidacji

- Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego
