Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Specialized Industry Experts to evaluate AI-powered workflows across Government Contracting & Federal Acquisition, Commodities & Maritime Operations, Nonprofit & Grants, and Education & EdTech.

You will test AI agents in real-world professional scenarios, validate workflow outputs, identify gaps, and provide practical feedback to improve next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required—your industry expertise and professional judgment are what matter most.

Key Responsibilities

- Test and evaluate AI-driven workflows within your area of industry expertise.

- Interact with LLMs and AI agents to simulate real-world professional tasks.

- Validate outputs for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations, including FAR and DFARS.

- Identify workflow gaps, edge cases, errors, and unrealistic scenarios.

- Use tools such as ChatGPT Work, Codex, and Claude Cowork to assess AI and workplace integrations.

- Document findings and provide clear, actionable feedback.

- Recommend improvements to workflow logic and AI functionality.

Preferred Qualifications

- Professional experience using generative AI tools or AI agents.

- Ability to identify inaccurate, incomplete, or impractical workflows.

- Strong written communication and documentation skills.

- Familiarity with industry-specific software, systems, or regulatory frameworks.

- Adaptability and curiosity when testing new AI-powered platforms.
