Joining our team offers you the opportunity to shine and make a significant impact on the projects you work on. Many of our clients are modern small to medium-sized businesses experiencing rapid growth, and they're eager to add core members like you to their teams. This environment ensures you'll stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends.

At Devlane, our values are straightforward: we foster a collaborative environment and prioritize building long-lasting relationships where you can develop your skills as a software engineer and learn from your peers.

What's the role about?

As a FullStack Engineer, you will join a small, lean engineering team to own and elevate the end-to-end user experience of our platform, with a deep focus on frontend engineering. You will lead the development of complex, data-heavy views, real-time chat interfaces, and interactive document-collaboration surfaces using React and TypeScript, while also designing and supporting the Python and FastAPI microservices that power our AI-driven document workflows. Working without silos alongside product and design, you will independently drive key features from rich UI concepts to scalable, production-ready backend integrations.

What do we require from you?

- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a primary focus and deep expertise in modern frontend development using React.

- Strong TypeScript skills and experience managing complex state patterns using Redux Toolkit or equivalent as well as streaming UX and real-time UIs with native WebSockets.

- Proven experience building accessible, responsive interfaces with component libraries like Ant Design or Tailwind and working across modern build tooling.

- Backend experience with Python and FastAPI in production environments.

- Knowledge of working with relational and document databases such as MySQL and MongoDB.

- Familiarity with AWS cloud architecture like ECS and RDS and basic infrastructure concepts.

- Advanced english level.

Some of our Perks:

- Salary in USD.

- 100% Remote from Home.

- 25 days of Paid Time Off per year.

- 8-hour workday, with flexible hours.

- Welcome kit from the brand.

- High-end hardware provided: laptop, mouse, & headphones.

- English classes, virtual library, and online courses.

- Contribution bonuses.

This is a remote position for candidates based in Latin America.
