Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Insights Specialist to join our Cummins Inc. team. The position will have the ability to work remotely in the United States, traveling approximately 10-15% of the time

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

- Deliver actionable talent acquisition insights and analytics that support strategic workforce and hiring decisions.

- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to translate data into recommendations that improve recruiting outcomes.

- Develop and enhance scorecards, dashboards, and operational reporting that increase visibility into performance and drive accountability.

- Conduct market and talent intelligence analyses that influence attraction strategies for critical hiring initiatives.

- Optimize project execution by monitoring key milestones, performance metrics, risks, and resource utilization across interconnected initiatives.

- Enable data-driven evaluation of recruiting partnerships, technology investments, and program effectiveness to maximize return on investment.

- Strengthen Talent Acquisition capabilities by collaborating with HR technology and analytics teams to improve systems, processes, and reporting solutions.

- Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and stakeholder experience across Talent Acquisition programs.
