Job description

Project

We are building a competitive mid-core 4v4 hero arena shooter for mobile — a live-service game focused on fast-paced gameplay, smooth performance, and regular content updates. The project uses modern Unity tech stack with heavy emphasis on DOTS/ECS and Netcode for Entities.

Responsibilities:

- Lead technical direction and architecture for the project.

- Act as a hands-on Tech Lead — spend most of your time on core development, complex features, and system design.

- Design and evolve reusable architecture, frameworks, and technical solutions.

- Establish engineering standards for code quality, testing, maintainability, and releases.

- Take a leading role in requirements analysis, technical decisions, and DevOps processes.

- Perform code reviews and mentor developers on best practices and advanced Unity techniques.

- Collaborate with game designers on implementing and optimizing game mechanics.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience building mobile games in Unity.

- 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership role.

- Proven experience designing scalable and reusable architecture or frameworks.

- Strong knowledge of software architecture, asynchronous programming, and error handling.

- Deep hands-on expertise with DI, ECS (DOTS), and Netcode for Entities.

- Solid experience with Addressables, Animator, analytics, and A/B testing tools.

- Full-cycle experience developing mobile games with deep understanding of performance constraints.

- Experience working with high-scale, data-driven projects and backend services.

- Proactive, self-driven, and excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have:

- Experience building Unity Editor extensions or content-authoring pipelines.

- Previous work with live ops or games-as-a-service products.

- Experience with VContainer and MessagePipe.

- Knowledge of automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and remote content delivery.
