At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking a U. S. B2B Sales Representative to join one of our clients ’ teams. Responsibilities:

- Proactively prospect and cold call U. S.-based businesses to generate new B2B sales opportunities.

- Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound calling, email outreach, and follow-ups.

- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects’ business needs, challenges, and buying requirements.

- Present and demonstrate the company’s AI-driven solutions, clearly communicating business value and relevant use cases.

- Own the sales process from initial cold outreach through closing, rather than only booking appointments for another salesperson.

- Handle objections related to pricing, timing, competition, product fit, and other concerns during the sales process.

- Build relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders within U. S. businesses.

- Prepare and present commercial proposals tailored to prospective clients.

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements and work toward converting qualified prospects into paying customers.

- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects throughout the sales cycle.

- Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline in the CRM, including activities, opportunities, next steps, and deal stages.

- Meet or exceed individual sales, revenue, and conversion targets.

- Provide regular pipeline updates, sales forecasts, and performance reports to leadership.

- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams and share market and prospect feedback.

Requirements

- Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, software, or AI-driven solutions.

- Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management using CRM tools.

- Ability to conduct consultative sales conversations, understand client business challenges, and propose appropriate solutions.

- Effective negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.

- Comfort working with United States business clients and understanding of U. S. business practices and etiquette.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success.

- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with capacity to interpret data and sales metrics.

- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
