Job description

RedCore is an international business group that creates technological solutions for digital markets. Our products and services cover fintech, marketing, e-commerce, customer service, communications, and regulatory technologies.

We are looking for a UI/UX Engineer to join our team!

Requirements

- Proven experience creating highly interactive, cross-platform prototypes designed to secure stakeholder approval and simulate final product behavior.

- Mastery of Figma, specifically regarding advanced prototyping, complex component architecture, and auto-layout.

- Demonstrated technical ability with front-end UI implementation (specifically utilizing HTML5, JavaScript/TypeScript, and PixiJS) and the capacity to tweak UI code directly.

- An eagle-eye for detail, with a strong ability to QA interfaces and spot minor visual misalignments or inconsistent interactive states.

- Deep understanding of UX fundamentals, interactive design, and how players interact with complex menus and game HUDs.

- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively showcase prototypes to stakeholders and efficiently incorporate feedback.

- Bonus: Previous experience in the gaming industry (HUDs, inventory systems, cross-platform controller navigation), familiarity with version control systems (Git, Perforce), and agile software (Jira, Trello).

Responsibilities

- Rapid Prototyping & Stakeholder Alignment: Build highly interactive, clickable prototypes that simulate real game behavior across target platforms, ensuring stakeholders experience the closest possible representation of the final product for quick approval.

- Design & Interface Creation: Build high-fidelity mockups and wireframes using Figma, iterating rapidly based on stakeholder feedback and technical constraints.

- UX Behavior Analysis: Identify, map, and refine UI/UX behaviors to ensure intuitive and frictionless player journeys before full engineering implementation begins.

- UI Quality Assurance: Rigorously test implemented UI in-game/in-app to locate visual inconsistencies, clipping, alignment issues, and broken user flows against the approved prototypes.

- Lightweight Development (Bug Fixing): Jump directly into the UI codebase or engine to quickly resolve small bugs, adjust margins/padding, update hex codes, and fix minor layout breaks without waiting on a dedicated engineer.

- Cross-Discipline Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, artists, game designers, and core developers to align the final product with the original, approved prototype vision.
